AIR & HYDRONIC SYSTEM COMMISSIONING

The best practised method to ensure that the building’s heating, air conditioning, and environmental control systems are designed, installed, and operating to maximum potential. The intent of commissioning is to avoid increased O&M costs, reduce occupant discomfort, and to avoid the loss of product and productivity associated with ventilating equipment and systems.

The commissioning process can be broken down into four categories: New Construction Commissioning – commissioning of new buildings; Retro Commissioning – commissioning of existing building systems; Retrofit Commissioning – Commissioning of retrofitted existing building systems; Recommissioning – commissioning of any building system that has been previously commissioned.
