OPERATING & MAINTENANCE MANUALS
The manual provides a component description for each major air and hydronic mechanical system. The manual shall identify each section with a numerical tab designation corresponding to a description briefly explaining the purpose of each piece and how it relates to the other components in the system.
The equipment description shall be clearly written in a language that may be easily understood by the building operators and maintenance personnel who will be using them.
